2012 Showcase Schedule PDF - ONE PAGE PER ROOM PER DAY (200+ Pages)
This last report allows room hosts to print their daily schedule on a single page. Just print the single pages that pertain to your room. Try to remember not to print ALL 200+ Pages!!

Artist Sort Criteria
Room hosts were asked to submit artists names as accurately as possible. This is the area where there is the most variance. When confronted with varying names for the same artist, I went to the artist's website for clarification. For example, if a band is called Folk Stars, but sometimes the submission lists "The" Folk Stars, I would defer to their website, and drop the "The" from their name. This creates a consistent, single listing for each artist. Solo artists are sorted by last name. Artists who use a first and middle name, or just a first name, are sorted by first name. Duos with two full names are sorted by the last name of the first artist listed. Artists who are playing with accompaniment are sorted by the main artist's last name. All slots marked as "Jams" which are not hosted by a particular artist are prefixed by a "zz-" so they don't intermingle with the artist names. Therefore, most jams can be found at the end of the artist schedule.
Slots marked "TBA" are excluded from the printed reports, but they are included in the Excel data download.
