We will arrive in Shannon, Ireland on Sunday, September 24th and check into our B&B's where Kate and I, after napping, will perform an after-dinner show for the group. After a good night's sleep, we'll start the tour at 10am the following morning. The lodging for the evening of September 24th optional, and is not included. The daily flight from JFK does arrive at 9am, so you could arrive the morning of the 25th, but we highly recommend this extra day to get adjusted to the time difference.
 
Costs, etc. $2,100(US) per person - Double Occupancy. There is a $350 single up-charge.
Lodging (nine nights), All breakfasts and three dinners are included, as well as all tour fees, entrance fees to historical sites and museums, etc. Airfare and Ferry Fare (if needed) are not included. We will be pricing out airfare options over the winter and will post the information on the blog. For those, like us, who are arriving the day before, there is a 40 Euro lodging charge for the extra night, per person, double occupancy.
To reserve a spot, a $500 per person deposit is due with your reservation.
The second $500 installment is due by February 1, 2011.
The final amount, approximately $1000 is due by April 1, 2012 (I'm verifying these dates)
Checks for the deposits should be made out to Bill Isles and mailed to 4519 Oneida Street, Duluth, MN 55804. If you would like to pay with a credit card, there is a small processing fee of 3.25%.
All deposits are fully refundable until the due date of the final payment. A cancellation after that date may be refundable if we fill the vacant spot. Please read the Blog (listed below) for information about travel insurance.
 
   2012 Tour Blog This is where we will all communicate together regarding the trip. We'll try to keep it organized by subject, etc. You can "follow" the blog if you have a Google account (you can still use your own email for a google account) or just post using your name. The advantage of following is that you'll be notified when new information is posted. Click HERE to set up a Google account. This is a "moderated" blog. As soon as you post, we will receive an email and will approve your comments for publishing. That keeps internet vandals from messing with our good clean fun.
Our Itinerary Our itinerary for 2012 is just like our 2010 tour, except that it will be done in reverse, ending up in Shannon, for flights home. Counties Clare, Kerry and Cork.
Extended Itinerary As we did last year, we are working on booking our own shows in Dublin and Belfast, and perhaps other locations. You are welcome to join us as we travel by train from Limerick to these cities for our performances. Since this is still in development, all we suggest at this time is that you allow yourselves a few extra days to a week of additional time to travel with us. This portion is not associated with the tour company and we will be making all the transportation and lodging arrangements. More on this closer to spring.
